Born and raised in Durban, South Africa, Johanathan Kistensamy carries his faith and heritage into every note of his music. Growing up as a pastor’s son was not easy, as, life was filled with challenges and obstacles, especially as the youngest in the family. Yet by the grace of God, Johanathan overcame adversity and found strength in worship. His passion for music began at an early age, inspired by his late father, a musician whose legacy lives on through Johanathan’s artistry.
